Due to influence of Greeks and Romans, Roman Catholics and Christians, worldwide, had been profaning the heavenly Father and putting His name in vain? And they did them despite of a warning that nobody, either Israelite or pagan, will be held guiltless if he or she will take His name in vain?

Well, this is a challenge to all thinking people. But most probably, some Roman Catholics and Christians will not even dare thinking to drive at a valid conclusion but would only invoke faith in false teachers as a big reason to drive at a conclusion.

For reference, Exodus 20:7 states: “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. (KJV)

Also, quoted below is Ezekiel 22:26, stating that:

26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.(KJV).

Firstly, the use of ‘Lord’ in Exodus 20:7 is very controversial as it shows, by itself, the irregularities of the bible writers in translating the Hebrew scripture. This is shown in various versions of Isaiah 42:8, where the name in Hebrew version is explicitly stated but was instead translated into title, e.g;

8 I am the Lord; that is my name!
I will not yield my glory to another
 or my praise to idols.”(NIV)

However, other version translates the verse differently by mentioning the specific name instead of a title ‘Lord’. It states:

“8 I am Jehovah, that is my name; and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise unto graven images.”(American Standard Version)

In short, indeed there were efforts not only to suppress how the law to be understood but also efforts to hide the name by way of irregularly translating the Hebrew Scripture. In fact, it now appears that the purpose was to promote the name Jesus Christ (Greek name Iesous), which did not ever exist when the messiah was here on earth. This is despite of the clear provisions of the law, which mandates the respect of the name and, by implication, of the law. In effect, Catholics and Christians had profaned or deceptively hiding the name to doctrinally float another entity as God.

If you notice, this scheme was already prophesied in Jeremiah 23:25-27, which states:

25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed. 26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; 27 Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal. (KJV)

Also, as implied in Exodus 20:7, because the heavenly Father is  a spiritual being, the only available means of knowing Him by people is through His words and His name, which is reflected in the son’s name. Imagine, if you are praying and calling  another name, what would happen to your message? Further, it does not provide any mitigating circumstance to excuse anybody from the judgement of guilt, e.g due to deception, hence, the remedy is to realize the error and humble yourself and ask for forgiveness, as a result.

What is then the name of the Father? His name was revealed in this world in Hebrew, so, it must have Hebrew traces about how it is pronounced. The name is known as Tetragrammaton YHVH or YHWH and transliterated  as YAHUAH.

Is there any trace of the name in the Christian  bible? There are various theories about the matter. But while others are not aware of it, the name of the Father is not totally erased in the bible. This can be traced in Revelation 19, where the short name Yah in “HalleluYAH” or “AlleluYAH” or “Praise YAH” is found four times. Some versions put it as HalleluJAH or AlleluJAH, but because there is no letter J equivalence in Hebrew  or because letter J merely evolved about 500 years ago, same have no linguistic and scriptural basis as it, having merely evolved,  is not supported by  Exodus 3:15, which states:

God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations. (ESV)

Meaning, there is no basis to subscribe to an evolving name or to a name without any Hebrew trace, as the Father’s name was originally known in Hebrew. Hence, thereafter, it has to be remembered and correctly transliterated from Hebrew and not from any other languages or from Greek.

The name could also be traced in the name of the prophets such as Isaiah (YeshaiYAH),  Jeremiah (YiremiYAH), Zechariah (ZechariYAH) and other prophets. Also, it can be traced in the name of the incumbent Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin NetanYAHU. In short, the name could be traced among Israelites, which is expressly stated in Isaiah 43:7. It states:

Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him”.

From Wikipedia:

In modern Jewish culture, it is accepted as forbidden to pronounce the name the way that it is spelled. In prayers it is pronounced Adonai, and in discussion is usually said as HaShem, meaning “The Name”. The exact pronunciation is uncertain because—although there is nothing in the Torah to prohibit the saying of the name[11] and Ruth shows it was being pronounced as late as the 5th century BCE[12][n 2]—it had ceased to be spoken aloud by at least the 3rd century BCE during Second Temple Judaism[14] and vowel points were not written until the early medieval period. The Masoretic Text uses vowel points of Adonai or Elohim (depending on the context) marking the pronunciation as Yəhōwāh (יְ הֹ וָ ה, [jăhowɔh] (About this sound listen)); however, scholarly consensus is that this is not the original pronunciation.[15] (For a discussion of subtle pronunciation changes between what is preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures and what is read, see Qere and Ketiv.)

It is also traceable in the name of the Son-Yahushua, just like the name of pagan god ZEUS, which is traceable in the name Jesus (J-ZEUS) or in the name of the son of Zeus-Dionysus (DionyZEUS).

As reference, quoted also is a video presentation on the matter.

Presently, however, if you ask Roman Catholics and Christians about the name of God, probably, they will answer “Jesus Christ“, without even knowing that the name was merely created by writers. It was merely created because there was no Jesus name that ever existed when the messiah was here on earth. And as aptly stated in Romans 1:25, Catholics and Christians are exchanging the truth about God for a lie and worshiping and serving created things rather than the Creator. The verse states:

They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator–who is forever praised. Amen. (New International Version)

It has to be noted that the Jesus Christ lie, just like any other lies concerning the identity of other false gods, is a very significant lie to have ever been promoted to people. And how were the Catholics and Christians misled to believe on a ‘Jesus Christ’ lie? It is through the alleged holy but actually deceptive trinity doctrine, where the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit, who have their respective nature, are proposed to be one. The trinity doctrine was introduced by the group of Emperor Constantine in Constantinian Christianity, where Roman Catholicism and Christianity emanated. Hence, in effect, Jesus Christ was made as co-equal of the Father, when in truth, the power of the name of the Son only arose from the name of the Father, which is reflected in Yahushua. Worst, the name ‘Jesus Christ’ was schematically instituted in the bible to prevail over the name of the Father, by way of concealing the name with the word Lord, which was made to apply also to the alleged son, through the trinity doctrine.

Therefore. due to influence of Greeks and Romans, Roman Catholics and Christians, worldwide, had been profaning the heavenly Father and putting His name in vain. And they did them despite of a warning that nobody, either Israelite or pagan, will be held guiltless if he or she will take His name in vain.

Please do not generalise by considering all Christians to be Trinitarians who would be profaning the heavenly Father and putting His name in vain. There are a lot of Christians who worship the Only One true God Who is One Allah or God and not two or three. Those non-trinitarian Christians keep to the commandments of the Elohim Hashem Jehovah,

The name of the Father has a sound of life or cry sound ‘UHA’ in it, which can be heard in newborns. That being so, that sound can be heard in neoborns in all races and languages. This is described in Matthew 21:16, which states: “16 and said to him, “Do you hear what they are saying?” Yahushua (X-Jesus) said to them, “Yes. Have you never read, ‘Out of the mouths of children and nursing infants you have prepared praise for yourself’?”(New English Translation (NET) revised). If the name you are worshipping has no sound of life, then your group is calling another name.

We worship the same God as Jeshua worshipped, namely the Only One True God of Israel, the Elohim Hashem Jehovah. We accept Jeshua being the son of God and being the Way to God. As in Scriptures is said we believe in him Jeshua as you too should believe in him who is the way to God,

        • aaphil says:

If you believe in a wrong name, in effect, you are worshipping a wrong god.

          • Guestspeaker says:

It is not because we believe in Jesus (Jeshua) that we would not believe in his God, Jehovah. It is Jehovah Who is the Only One True God. Jehovah is the Holy Name, so do not understand us wrong, or do not think we place Jeshua or Jesus his name before the Name of God.

            • aaphil says:

Do you know that the Father’s name is reflected in the son’s name? If you know, then tell me how the Jesus name emanated from the name Jehovah. If you don’t know that the name of the father is reflected in the name of the son, then, i’m sorry, you are totally lost.

              • Guestspeaker says:

We do know Jeshua or Joshua is a reflection of the Name of God, Jehovah, but that does not mean it is the same person as God. TThe same as Jeshua also being called the Immanuel does not mean he is God, like so many think and would make all those who are currently called Immanuel, Emmanuel, Ishou, Ishi, Jesu, Chesu, Jesus, Jezus, Jésus, to be the Nazarene Jeshua to be the elohim Hashem God Jehovah.

              • Guestspeaker says:

On our site From Guestwriters and on the Christadelphian ecclesia site you may find several articles concerning the Name of Jesus as well as the name of God and the relation between the two names. Please do have a look there.

              • Guestspeaker says:

It are people who do not believe in the sent one from God, who is authorised by God, and who do not believe the words of God, Who declared Jesus to be His only begotten son, something what you do not seem to believe, who may be lost. As deliverers in the biblical doctrines not wanting to be of this world and not holding fast on false human doctrines but holding fast on Biblical doctrines we do not have to be so worry-full like you should do, it seems, considering you do not seem to believe many Biblical doctrines but are more loving the human false doctrines, of the Trinity and others.
